Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Make Ready technician responsible for returning vacated apartments to market-ready condition in a timely manner and according to the manager’s timetable. You will inspect units, perform repairs, install fixtures, replace lighting, and assist with trash-out and painting as needed.

English fluency is required; Spanish is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is preferred. This on-site role offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of full-time related experience.
• Willingness to perform all required tasks.
• Must have strong English communication; Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work on call and extend hours including weekends.
• Attention to detail and ability to organize work.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete a make-ready checklist.
• Make ready units for new move-ins.
• Check/replace lights and fixtures as needed.
• Replace or repair windows, doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors, and closets.
• Inspect appliances and report issues to Lead Maintenance.
• Assist with painting and minor repairs as requested.
• Lend assistance during trash-out and move heavy items to dumpster.
• Perform exterior repairs and routine maintenance as required.
