Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school/GED and be eligible to work in the United States
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or intent to obtain within six months
• Strong communication and safety awareness are required

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property's physical condition per SOPs, OSHA, and industry standards
• Perform physically demanding tasks to maintain assets and minimize liability
• Execute maintenance objectives and daily assignments with the Facilities team
• Conduct minor and routine repairs in a timely, professional manner
• Assist in ensuring all service requests are completed
• Document work performed, parts used, and daily completion notes with signature
• Maintain good relations with residents, staff, contractors, and management
• Perform basic appliance repair, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and basic electrical work to ready apartments on time
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and routine cleaning of work areas
