Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver skilled, efficient service to residents. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor and report to the Property Manager, handling plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance maintenance and turnover tasks across the property.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and maintaining inventory. The role offers full-time hours with benefits and opportunities for advancement to Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning, appliances, and any other aspect as needed.
• Turnover maintenance in three to five business days including installation of blinds, change filters, replace bulbs and other repairs.
• Common area maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, pressure washing, cleaning windows.
• Monitor building exterior for issues with roof, siding, shutters, etc.
• Assist in preventive maintenance program for area of responsibility.
• Ensure safe condition of all equipment in area of expertise.
• Enter newly purchased tools or equipment into inventory.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Observe all safety rules.
