Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician at Grand View Place in Grand Rapids, MI to perform routine and emergency maintenance across apartment buildings and common areas.

The role emphasizes a proactive, customer-centered approach to preserve a safe, attractive living environment. You will handle cleaning, turnover tasks, and basic repairs, with on-site duties and after-hours availability for emergencies; experience in maintenance is preferred, and a valid driver's license is

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair apartments and common areas to ensure a quality living environment.
• Perform snow removal and general maintenance tasks as needed, including after hours.
• Clean and maintain property, including sanitizing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.
• Conduct turnover of apartments, including trash out, painting, carpet cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Assist with inspections and safety checks; document issues and coordinate repairs as required.
