Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Tech at Decker Lofts to perform general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping tasks to uphold curb appeal and apartment quality. You will respond to service requests under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Required are a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–4 years of maintenance experience, and computer proficiency. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are needed, with on-call duties and possible weekend

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CFC Universal Certification preferred; must be attained within 90 days of hire.
• Experience: At least 3-4 years of maintenance experience.
• Technical Skills: Computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned.
• Assist with maintenance of storage area and materials.
• Perform refurbishing and renovation of apartments per company standards.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
• Notify Community Manager of safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of property-specific problems such as asbestos.
• Complete all service requests in accordance with company standards.
