Job summary

NRP Group in Austin, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician with EPA compliance to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and tenant service requests at Decker Lofts.

Under supervision, you will manage maintenance tasks, coordinate with Community Manager, and ensure safety, curb appeal, and compliance with standards. Requires high school diploma, CFC, 3-4 years experience, and valid driver’s license. This is an on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; CFC Universal Certification preferred and must be attained within 90 days of hire.
• At least 3-4 years of maintenance experience is expected for the role.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned.
• Assist with maintenance of storage areas and materials; refurbish apartments per standards.
• Walk property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
• Respond to customer service requests and coordinate with management on improvements.
• Work weekends/on-call and support other properties as needed.
