Qualifications

• 1+ year of property maintenance experience required.
• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications required or applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders and preventative maintenance, diagnosing defects and repairing per safety standards.
• Handles make-ready process for vacant units, schedules vendors, and inspects work.
• Manages materials, inventories, and documents service requests for tracking.
• Supports grounds and common areas upkeep and safe operation of tools and equipment.
• Participates in safety trainings and ensures compliance with policies.
