Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance or similar
• EPA and CPO certifications preferred
• Plumbing, drywall, carpentry, appliance repair, HVAC and electrical skills are valued

• Maintain the property and service requests with quality craftsmanship.
• Assist neighbors and coworkers and share knowledge when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and respond to needs promptly.
• Manage time, communicate with team, and address potential issues before they arise.
