Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Available for on-call services as needed.
• Minimum of two years’ experience and/or training in apartment maintenance.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand English for safety and customer service.
• Basic computer proficiency and understanding of building materials and tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to neighbors and ensure they feel at home.
• Perform maintenance, turnover tasks, and troubleshoot major/minor systems.
• Assist with appliance repairs, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting as needed.
