Job summary

Bluecore Residential in Nashville is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform all service requests including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs. You will aim to meet our standard for quality and resident satisfaction, and participate in on-call rotation for emergency service requests.

You bring hands-on maintenance experience, EPA Type II or Universal certification and, ideally, a CPO certification.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Technician in an apartment community.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification is required.
• CPO certification is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to perform all job duties.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance tasks.
• Communicate with the Maintenance Supervisor and record status of service requests.
• Meet the make-ready turnaround target of 7 days.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies; use cost-effective materials.
• Demonstrate urgency, professionalism, and thoroughness on service requests.
• Apply knowledge across maintenance areas and continually learn new skills.
• Ensure community appearance and resident satisfaction; teamwork with the office staff.
