Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Maintenance/Service Technician for Highland Woods/The Highland Townhomes in Highland Springs, VA. The role focuses on make-ready repairs for vacant units prior to move-in, with HVAC certification preferred and a 24-hour on-call requirement.

You will assist the Service Manager, handle on-call paging, and support grounds and housekeeping tasks as needed. A strong emphasis on safety and proper maintenance procedures is expected.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry skills required.
• CFC certification preferred; other certifications listed in qualifications.
• Knowledge of SDS and OSHA regulations.
• 608 refrigerant certification is preferred but not required; training available.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to make-ready units in a timely manner.
• Be on 24-hour on-call rotation as scheduled by the Service Manager.
• Assist the Service Manager or Housekeeper with their tasks.
• Assist Grounds personnel with trashing out units as needed.
• Maintain inventory control and utilization of maintenance materials.
• Inspect property for improvements and repairs and discuss with Service Manager.
