Job summary

Drucker and Falk, LLC seeks a Service Technician at Highland Woods/Highland Springs, VA. This full-time on-site role performs make-ready repairs in vacant units and responds to on-call requests as scheduled. HVAC knowledge is preferred, with safety rules per SDS/OSHA.

The technician assists with inventories and property upkeep. Qualifications include basic trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry) and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills required.
• Knowledge of SDS and OSHA regulations preferred.
• 608 Refrigerant Certification preferred, but not required; training available.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to make-ready units in a timely manner.
• Respond to 24-hour on-call paging as scheduled by the Service Manager.
• Assist with inventory control and maintenance supplies.
• Inspect property for improvements and repairs with the Service Manager.
• Maintain a professional appearance and teamwork with staff.
