Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep and unit turnover. You will perform repairs, operate tools, manage inventory, and respond to 24-hour maintenance requests at our Tucson properties.

The role requires HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work on-call. Compensation is full-time $22.00–$24.00 per hour with benefit programs and 401K options.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge required.
• Experience in property maintenance/handyman work.
• Able to operate hand and power tools.
• Strong communication and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for daily repair and upkeep of property and vacant unit prep.
• Maintain and inventory supplies and equipment.
• Ensure tools are on hand and report unusual circumstances.
• Maintain professional appearance and property uniform standards.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Be available for on-call maintenance and 24-hour service responses.
• Secure maintenance shops at close of the workday.
• Assist with snow/ice removal as needed.
• Address eviction-related lock-outs and responsive service requests.
