Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily repair and upkeep of the property and prepare vacant units for occupancy. The role requires operating hand tools, basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical knowledge, and strong communication while on-call.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for daily repair and upkeep of the property and vacant units.
• Maintain and inventory supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain a professional appearance in uniform.
