Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our properties in optimal condition and prepare vacant units for occupancy. This full-time position requires HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, the ability to operate hand and power tools, and strong communication to coordinate with residents and team members.

• Experience in property maintenance/handyman work.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools and follow written or oral instructions.
• Effective communication and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Daily repair and upkeep of the property and vacant unit prep.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; ensure tools are on hand.
• Report unusual circumstances; maintain safety policies.
• On-call availability for service requests and evictions-related lock-outs.
• Secure maintenance shops and handle snow/ice removal as needed.
