Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our residential properties. You will perform daily repairs, prep vacant units, and assist in keeping equipment and supplies in good order.

The role requires basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical knowledge, and the ability to operate hand and power tools. On-call availability and a commitment to safety are essential, with opportunities for growth and competitive compensation starting at $26.00–$28.00

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge are required.
• Experience in property maintenance/handyman work is preferred.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and use common sense to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of property and vacants.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; ensure tools are on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Ensure professional appearance and adhere to safety policies; work on an on-call basis.
• Secure maintenance areas at close of day and respond to service requests as needed.
