Job summary

Pivotal Housing Partners LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our Monaca Lofts in Monaca, PA and LG Lofts in New Castle, PA. This full-time role requires on-call availability for emergencies and reliable transportation to manage routine tasks across multiple units.

You will perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, handle work orders via our Maintenance Mobile app, and contribute to a safe, comfortable living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• 1+ years related experience in maintenance or property management.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• HVAC training and certification preferred.
• On-call availability for emergencies.
• Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders via smartphone apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents.
• Complete resident work orders within 24–48 hours.
• General maintenance knowledge: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry.
• Assist with court-ordered set-outs when necessary.
• Perform unit turnover between residents (3–5 days).
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal.
• Be responsive to on-call emergencies.
