Job summary

Ari Apartment Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform community maintenance tasks, respond to resident service requests, and prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of general maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting) and a valid driver’s license. CPO is preferred or obtainable within 60 days. The company provides uniforms, paid training and comprehensive benefits, including health coverage and 401K.

Qualifications

• 3+ years general maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpeting, painting)
• CPO preferred or willing to obtain within 60 days of employment
• Valid driver's license with good driving record and auto insurance

• Resident Champion: respond to service requests promptly and courteously, maintain a clean community
• Multi-Talented Craftsman: perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, appliance repairs and more
• Professional & Reliable: represent ARI Apartment Management professionally; communicate with residents, colleagues and vendors; work after-hours on-call rotations
