Morgan Properties in Baltimore, MD is hiring a Service Technician to maintain our apartment communities and ensure compliance with company standards and laws. You will troubleshoot HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing, respond to maintenance tickets, and communicate with residents and staff.

This full-time role offers base pay from $22 to $26 per hour, 401(k) matching, medical/dental/vision benefits, PTO, and an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred.
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas according to company standards and laws.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets and complete repairs.
• Communicate clearly with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates.
