This full-time role requires prompt ticket responses and clear communication with residents and staff. Base pay ranges from $26.00 to $30.00 per hour, with benefits including rent discounts, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, ample PTO, and on-call incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance for multifamily properties.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing issues.
• Strong communication with residents and staff.
• Know-how to manage on-call rotations and emergency events.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot maintenance issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas to company standards and legal requirements.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets.
