Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician in Owings Mills, MD to maintain a multifamily community. In this full-time role you will address HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing issues, keeping properties compliant with standards and laws. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred.
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas per company standards and laws.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets.
• Communicate repairs and updates clearly with residents and staff.
