Indigo Living is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to support our communities in Cedar Rapids. You will participate in a go-team on-call rotation and use a company vehicle during outreach, ensuring timely repairs and high resident satisfaction.

You possess strong maintenance knowledge, excellent communication, and a flexible schedule to cover weekends and varying shifts, with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Be part of after-hours emergency team and operate a company vehicle during on-call rotation.
• Obtain bids and negotiate prices with Property Managers for repairs.
• Order and manage inventory of supplies in maintenance shop.
