Qualifications

• Experience in routine maintenance of building systems incl. plumbing, electrical, HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Inspect facilities to identify potential problems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and inventory.
• Assist in setup and upkeep of equipment and fixtures.
• Collaborate with external vendors for bids on larger projects.
