Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Associate to join our team. You will handle day-to-day maintenance and preventative programs for assigned buildings, ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for tenants and patients.

Responsibilities include coordinating HVAC, electrical, plumbing and roof maintenance, responding to tenant work orders, and conducting fire protection inspections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure scheduling/completions of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and roof maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to tenant work orders and complaints timely.
• Coordinate inspections and testing of fire protection systems.
• Report problems to supervisor promptly.
• Be available/on-call for emergencies 24/7.
