You will handle general repairs, maintain quality workmanship, and ensure timely completion with thorough documentation.

Responsibilities include after-hours calls and site visits as needed, effective communication with clients and vendors, and collaborating with the team to uphold our standards.

Qualifications

• Proven handyman maintenance and drywall experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff.
• Willingness to be on-call 24/7 with additional pay.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality handyman maintenance, painting, and drywall work for rental properties under management, as assigned
• Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services
• Thorough documentation of work performed
• Perform work in a timely manner
• After-hours calls and site visits as necessary
• Other duties as assigned
