Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to and execute work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Troubleshoot issues to determine repairs and needed tools.
• Perform general repairs (drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, doors).
• Inspect work performed by contractors and vendors.
• Routine upkeep of buildings, grounds, and amenities.
