Job summary

Atrium Management Company in Nashville, TN is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to handle service requests, emergency calls, move-ins, and daily property tasks. You will report to the Property Manager and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

The role requires HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance skills, along with customer service focus. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, with some evenings or weekends on rotation; the hourly rate ranges from $20 to $28

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required and EPA Universal preferred.
• 2+ years as a maintenance technician in property management or similar setting.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills including email.

Responsibilities

• Complete all service requests from residents in a timely manner.
• Inspect the community, record deficiencies, and correct them.
• Order supplies and parts within budget guidelines.
• Perform general and routine maintenance across the property.
• Assist with apartment make-readies, painting, repairs, and cleaning.
• Handle on-call duties and rotate responding to emergencies.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with vendors.
