Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver skilled, reliable on-site maintenance for residents. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to perform repairs, turnover tasks, and safety-insured upkeep across the property.

The role emphasizes efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to handle on-call duties. A valid driver's license and EPA certification are preferred; full-time employment includes competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date.
• Must have valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance coverage.
• Maintenance experience & knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning, appliances, and other aspects as needed.
• Perform apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Common area maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and cleaning windows.
• Monitor building exterior for roof, siding, shutters, etc.
• Support a preventive maintenance program for the area of responsibility.
• Ensure safe condition of all equipment or structures in area of expertise.
• Record newly purchased tools or equipment in inventory.
• Keep work area clean and orderly and observe safety rules.
