Job summary

The role involves basic repairs on appliances, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting, with emphasis on customer service and teamwork across on-site operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• On-call availability required.
• Minimum two years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Ability to communicate in English in a workplace setting.
• Basic computer skills and understanding of building materials/tools.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service – ensure neighbors feel at HOME, well-cared for and proud to live in the Neighborhoods.
• Daily Operations – complete apartment turnovers and troubleshoot/repair major and minor systems; assist with appliance, plumbing, carpentry, electrical and painting tasks.
