The ideal candidate has 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience on a 200-unit property, broad trades skills (plumbing, electrical, A/C), and a strong customer service orientation, with on-call availability.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200-unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Paint, perform apartment turnovers, and respond to emergency calls.
