Job summary

Centerspace in Denver, CO seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to ensure efficient maintenance and superior customer service across the portfolio. You will perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs while supporting on-call duties and safety programs.

The role requires 5+ years in maintenance, strong leadership and communication skills, and EPA/CPO/Boiler licensing. Benefits include PTO, holidays, parental leave, stock purchase plan, and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ maintenance experience.
• EPA, CPO and/or boiler operator’s license preferred.
• Strong customer-service skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting and safety systems.
• Lead maintenance staff and coordinate with managers to meet deadlines.
• Inspect properties and coordinate tenant improvements with appropriate contacts.
• Maintain logs, inventory and safety compliance; support capital improvements.
