Job summary

Centerspace seeks a Maintenance Specialist in Thornton, CO to support the Service team in preparing apartment homes and maintaining building systems. You will respond to resident requests, perform routine repairs, and help keep common areas and grounds in good condition.

Qualifications

• Must be available for on-call work on a rotating schedule.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Willingness to learn plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall and painting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in routine maintenance of building systems and service requests.
• Prepare new apartment homes for residents and upkeep buildings/grounds.
• Respond to resident service requests and track work orders.
• Assist with seasonal maintenance and on-call duties as assigned.
