Job summary

Centerspace is seeking a Maintenance Specialist in Thornton, CO to join our Service team. You will assist in preparing new apartment homes and perform routine repairs to keep buildings and grounds in top condition.

You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting tasks and provide excellent customer service to residents. On-call rotation applies, with on-site work and occasional snow removal.

Qualifications

• Must be available for on-call work on rotating schedule.
• Willingness to learn plumbing, electrical, carpentry tasks.
• Prior knowledge in these areas is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs.
• Maintain efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds.
• Perform routine maintenance on vacant units prior to new resident occupancy.
• Respond to resident service requests; enter and track requests using a work order system.
• Keep amenity areas clean and operable; seasonally assist with snow removal and groundskeeping.
