Job summary

Centerspace in Denver, CO is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate maintenance across our portfolio. You will conduct inspections, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety and reliability of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, mentoring junior staff, and responding to emergencies. Eligible for on-call pay, bonuses, PTO, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to ensure goals and time frames are met.
• Exceptional customer-service skills; demonstrated ability to maintain strong working relations with both internal and external clients.
• EPA, CPO and/or boilers operator’s licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and safety for Centerspace portfolio.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with vendors.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Lead maintenance staff and mentor junior team members.
• Respond to emergencies and after-hours on-call.
