Job summary

Renewing Management, Inc. seeks a Work Order Specialist to complete resident service requests and deliver excellent customer service to residents, staff and vendors.

You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry and drywall, respond to emergencies within 30 minutes, inspect grounds daily, make-readies for vacancies, and maintain records in Entrata. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of related experience required.
• EPA Universal certificate preferred.
• Pool maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident Service Requests, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and drywall repairs.
• Ensure a 30-minute response time to Emergency Service Requests and property disasters.
• Inspect community grounds each morning for maintenance and cleanliness.
• Turn vacant units, including painting, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Complete maintenance work orders within 48 hours; make-readies within 7 days of vacancy.
• Maintain records of maintenance and update property software.
