Jones Street Residential, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work with the Maintenance Supervisor to keep our property operating efficiently.

You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry tasks, and be on-call for after-hours emergencies to ensure timely completion of requests. You will also prepare vacant units for occupancy and maintain accurate work orders while delivering superior resident service and support.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of residential, commercial, or mechanical maintenance experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance issues.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 pounds and climb stairs; work in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent time management and ability to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.

Aufgaben

• Respond to service requests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring timely completion.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy with painting, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Work quickly without sacrificing quality to support make-ready processes and other staff.
• Repair holes in walls, caulk around windows/doors, fix ceiling patches, and texture walls.
• Maintain the work order system by logging actions and supplies.
