Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations within a fast-paced, highly automated distribution center network. You will partner with technicians, site leadership, and clients to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

The role is hands-on and requires on-call availability, shift handoffs, inspections, and leadership of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience.
• 3+ years in a maintenance leadership role managing teams and maintenance programs.
• Experience overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Strong ability to prioritize, assign, and manage work orders based on technician skill sets.
• Proven safety leadership with experience enforcing safety protocols, audits, and compliance standards.
• Experience managing maintenance operations in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution center environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced, highly automated distribution center environment.
• Prioritize work orders and manage technician schedules.
