Insight Global is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to help lead maintenance operations within one of the world's largest distribution center networks. You'll work closely with technicians, site leadership, and clients to ensure equipment reliability, safety compliance, and operational efficiency in a highly automated facility.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee maintenance activities, support technicians, manage work orders, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience.
• 3+ years leading maintenance teams and programs.
• Experience managing preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Background in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution center environments.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and provide on-call support when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations and technician support.
• Prioritize and assign work orders based on technician skillsets.

Insight Global is looking for an Assistant Maintenance Manager to help lead maintenance operations within one of the world's largest distribution center networks. You'll work closely with technicians, site leadership, and clients to ensure equipment reliability, safety compliance, and operational efficiency in a highly automated facility.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee maintenance activities, support technicians, manage work orders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. High performers have a clear path toward Senior Maintenance Manager and regional leadership opportunities.

Note: This position supports a 24/7 operation and requires participation in on-call coverage as needed.
