Insight Global is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to help lead maintenance operations across a large, highly automated distribution network. You will work with technicians, site leadership, and clients to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency in a 24/7 facility.

This hands-on leadership role oversees maintenance activities, supports technicians, manages work orders, and champions continuous improvement initiatives with a clear path toward senior leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience.
• 3+ years leading maintenance teams and programs.
• Experience managing preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Background in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution center environments.
• Proven experience with safety compliance, audits, and protocols.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and provide on-call support when needed.

Insight Global is looking for an Assistant Maintenance Manager to help lead maintenance operations within one of the world's largest distribution center networks. You'll work closely with technicians, site leadership, and clients to ensure equipment reliability, safety compliance, and operational efficiency in a highly automated facility.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee maintenance activities, support technicians, manage work orders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. High performers have a clear path toward Senior Maintenance Manager and regional leadership opportunities.

Note: This position supports a 24/7 operation and requires participation in on-call coverage as needed.
