Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LVN or LPT program and current licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certificate.
• Two years of LVN/LPT experience in health care environment.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be CPR, CPI, and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment.
• Post-offer physical examination, TB test, background checks and license verification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise recovery-focused services related to safe administration of prescribed medical treatment.
• Coordinate with Behavioral Health Specialists and LVNs/LPTs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
