Job summary

Telecare Corporation in Oakland, CA is seeking an LVN Supervisor On Call – Mental Health 116 to oversee nursing staff, administer medications as prescribed, and coordinate recovery-focused services for clients with behavioral health needs.

The ideal candidate holds an LVN or LPT license, CPR/BLS, CPI and First Aid certifications, plus two years of LVN/LPT experience and one year of supervision. Shifts vary, work is on-site with competitive hourly pay and geographic differentials.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LVN or LPT program and current licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certificate.
• Two years of LVN/LPT experience in health care environment.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• CPR, CPI, and First Aid certification on date of employment or within 60 days.
• Post-offer physical, TB test, background clearances and other requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery-focused services related to safe administration of medications as prescribed.
• Supervise Behavioral Health Specialists and LVNs/LPTs.
• Coordinate care to support client recovery and safety.
• Engage in shift coverage and adapt staffing as needed.
