Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LVN or LPT program with current licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certificate.
• Two years LVN/LPT healthcare experience.
• One year supervisory experience.
• Must be 18+ and CPR, CPI, and First Aid certified on/within 60 days.
• Post-offer physical examination, background checks, and regulatory verifications may apply.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and oversee safe medical treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Provide recovery-focused supervision alongside Behavioral Health Specialists and LVNs/LPTs.
• Support team with crisis de-escalation and patient safety measures.
