Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LVN/LPT program and current licensure.
• CPR/BLS certificate.
• Two years of experience working with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness.
• Age at least 18.
• CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification required.
• Post-offer physical examination, background checks, and regulatory verifications required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; willingness to use personal vehicle.

Responsibilities
