• Graduation from an accredited LVN or LPT program and current licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certificate.
• Two years of LVN/LPT experience in health care environment.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be CPR, CPI, and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment.
• Post-offer physical examination, TB test, background checks and license verification may be required.

What You Will Do to Change Lives

This supervisory position provides recovery focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. Behavioral Health Specialists and LVNs/LPTs.

Shifts Available:

On-Call | Shifts and days vary as needed

Expected starting wage range is$34.43 - $42.52. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay iscommensuratewith relevant experience above theminimumrequirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• Graduation from an accredited LVN or LPT program and current licensure
• Current CPR/BLS certificate
• Two (2) years of LVN/LPT experience in health care environment
• One (1) year of supervisory experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment
