Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is seeking a Steward - On-Call to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. You will clean and sanitize dishware, maintain kitchen equipment, and support daily operations to deliver the highest guest service standards.

The role requires a high school education, prior stewarding experience, and a positive, energetic demeanor. U.S. work authorization is required for this position; on-site work in Seattle is expected.

Qualifications

• High school education is preferred.
• Prior stewarding experience is desirable.
• On-the-job knowledge is useful for daily tasks.
• Ability to operate and clean dishwashing equipment and related tools.
• A positive and energetic demeanor is valued.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishware, load/unload and store in the dishwashing area.
• Clean ovens, kettles, mixers and kitchen surfaces and keep floors and drains tidy.
• Clean pots, pans, and utensils with correct solutions.
• Set up, operate, and maintain the silver burnisher and related equipment.
• Store cleaning chemicals safely and organize work assignments and training needs.
