Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is seeking a Server Assistant to join Goldfinch Tavern on an on-call basis. You will support the dining room through attentive service, clocking in as needed to help deliver a flawless guest experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong guest interaction, and knowledge of cocktails while contributing to a welcoming, luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic which includes a drive to grow, improve and learn everyday.
• Proactively anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest.

• Maintain ownership of duties through hard work and discipline.
• Anticipate the needs of guest's and co-workers instantaneously.
• Clear and tables, assist the floor and enhance guest's dining experiences.
• Deliver food and provide eloquent food descriptions in a synchronized manner.
• Assist bartenders and cocktail servers, which requires a broad understanding of cocktails.

Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is looking for a Server Assistant at Goldfinch Tavern who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate dining experience . The Server Assistant is part of a dynamic team that provides award winning service to our restaurant and hotel guests . This position reports to the Goldfinch Tavern management team . U.S. work authorization is required for this position.
