Job summary

Gables Residential is seeking a proactive Apartment Maintenance Technician to service a luxury community. You will conduct HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs, perform routine inspections, and address building maintenance tasks to preserve the property’s appeal for residents.

Responsibilities include on-call shifts on a rotating schedule, ensuring timely responses to repair requests, and maintaining common areas to the Gables Standard. EPA and CPO certifications are required.

Qualifications

• EPA and CPO certifications required for this role.
• Solution-driven and effective in managing HVAC repairs, plumbing/electrical installations, and general repairs throughout the community.
• Flexible in your ability to serve on call on a rotational basis any 7 days of the week 52 weeks of the year.
• Experienced in building maintenance, unit inspections, preventative maintenance, and related trades.
• Committed to the community’s overall appearance and motivated to ensure that all vacant and occupied apartment homes are held to the Gables Standard.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the community and apartment homes to the Gables Standard.
• Perform HVAC, plumbing and electrical repairs as needed.
• Conduct regular unit inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
