Gables Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the highest standards across our communities. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical repairs, and building maintenance to ensure a first-class living experience for residents.

Role requires on-call flexibility, strong problem-solving, and commitment to preventative maintenance and inspections. EPA and CPO certifications are required for this position.

Qualificações

• Experience in building maintenance, unit inspections, preventative maintenance, and related trades.
• EPA certification required for this role.
• CPO certification required for this role.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the community and ensure vacant and occupied apartments meet Gables standards.
• Address touch-ups, plumbing, electrical repairs, and general maintenance tasks.
• Be on-call on a rotational basis to support community needs.
