The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high‑quality holistic nursing care in a long‑term care setting. This on‑call position offers shifts across various times and a wage range of $27–$35 per hour based on experience.

The LPN will lead licensed and non‑professional staff in delivering direct resident care and support services while adhering to nursing standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice as an LPN/LVN in the applicable state.
• Prefer 1 year of nursing experience in long-term care settings.
• Wage range is $27–$35 hourly, depending on experience.

Responsabilités

• Perform nursing care in accordance with current regulations and facility policies.
• Lead licensed and non‑professional staff in delivering resident care.
• Document care plans, orders, and significant changes for compliance.
• Assist with assessments, care planning, and updates to care plans as directed.
• Administer medications as ordered and ensure proper documentation.
