Job summary

The City of Logan's Logan Library is seeking two Library Customer Assistants to support public service, reference, and circulation. This part-time, on-call role includes staffing service desks and assisting patrons with resources in Logan, Utah.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to reach/push/pull/squat/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Available on short notice; indicate on-call availability in cover letter.

Responsibilities

• Provide reference and reader's advisory services and instruct patrons in using library resources.
• Participate in material circulation procedures.
• Promote library use.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• May participate in public programming and organize shelving carts.
